BRC Piling & Foundations (A division of the Delta Group) are a Melbourne based privately own Piling Company. Our current order book and forecast pipeline of projects sees us require a locally experienced Senior Project Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
• Management of all aspects of Project delivery.
• Engage and manage specialist suppliers and subcontractors.
• Co-ordinate stakeholders including authorities, internal and external design consultants, clients and client representatives
• Co-ordinate all design matters regarding pile design and construction
• Facilitate on-going procurement/order of reinforcement, concrete and other materials
• Complete QA documentation
• Provide project daily status program and cost reporting.
• Attend briefings, site visits as needed.
• Interstate travel as required.
The successful candidate will bring the following experience and capabilities to the role:
• 3 years of relevant experience in Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in piling project delivery.
• Understanding of infrastructure and commercial piling construction techniques.
• High level personal organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and to meet strict deadlines.
• High level computer skills – Microsoft Office, Estimating Software.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Australia for short durations.
A range of qualities and attributes would be advantageous, including (but not limited to):
• Geotechnical experience/qualifications.
• Knowledge of piling and retention design
• Exposure to complex civil work programmes on infrastructure, industrial, renewables and/or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Autocad.
