In this exciting role, you will be:
Acting as the primary strategic advisor between the client and the company.
Meeting regularly with clients to gain feedback, maintain relationships and to identify opportunities and level of engagement with the company.
Managing the development and execution of the technology roadmap, long-term IT strategy and risk register per client and review regularly.
Consulting with clients to provide solutions, help improve their IT environments and assist them to meet their vision by removing IT as a pain area.
Leading Account Management and Service Management initiatives to deliver a market-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) across your portfolio.
Cross-selling profitable solutions and products within white-space areas of your portfolio.
Actively identifying within your client portfolio new solutions or service opportunities and providing valuable account information and insight to support sales.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
Strong IT knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
Demonstrated experience in business case writing.
Excellent experience in advising, managing and delivering business growth objectives using products and services.
Knowledge of the fundamentals of IT project management.
Good contract negotiation skills.
Great sales focus and the ability to manage priorities.
A current driver's license and vehicle.
