We require a dynamic and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team on a full-time basis at our stunning Oaks Port Douglas Resort.
This is an exceptional career opportunity for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to step up into their first Food and Beverage Manager position, with extensive support from our experienced General Manager.
Package: $80,000 + Super + Onsite Accommodation for $120 per week.
As the Food and Beverage Manager you will:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar
- Managing the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the restaurant and bar
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients
- Managing, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintained
- Work closely with the General Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for the Food and Beverage department
- Roster according to department needs
- Create budgets and monitor financial performance of the Food and Beverage department
