Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and experienced Cooks and Chefs to join their airline catering team located in Mascot Sydney Airport Area.
Positions are for an immediate start and requiring availability across both day and afternoon shifts Monday-Sunday. As a Chef you will be working in the central industrial kitchen preparing various cuisine and you will be responsible for a range of duties which may include assisting with making up of food and beverage carts and plating food onto catering trays. About the role:
Preparation of all bulk cooking
Industrial production cooking
Chopping, portioning, following bulk roof recipes
Food plating and packaging
Manual handling, pushing and pulling of carts
Opportunity to work with a well-known leader of industry
General cleaning and hygiene is maintained to the highest level
Weekly rostered shifts
Meals provided during shift breaks
