We are currently hiring a marketing specialist to join our growing team in Sydney to handle our Mongolian market.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
• Continue promoting the company’s services for recruiting Mongolian students to study in Australia
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events promoting our company to the onshore Mongolian students in Sydney and throughout Australia
• Conduct regular evaluations of marketing campaigns to monitor the success of each marketing effort
• Develop marketing strategies to expand our team and strengthen our presence in Mongolia
• Assist our company’s partners (Australian education providers) to establish their branding in Mongolia
• Coordinate and budget with our global marketing team for joint international education events, fairs and expos
• Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, handling artwork, event design, and logo design, while ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints
• Propose, plan, collect data and create new ideas and concepts for the company’s marketing division and campaigns
• Communicate with Austrade in Mongolia regarding marketing strategies and promote the business ties between Mongolia and Australia in the Education industry
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
• Need to be fluent in the Mongolian language, both in written and spoken.
• At least two years of work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven internal and external stakeholder management experience
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation skills
• A self-motivated and high-achieving team player
• Able to travel anytime when needed.
• Must have some experience in the education consultancy industry.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
