Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end to end marketing campaigns, including marketing material preparation, sales kit preparation, advertising activities and mail outs
- Preparation of marketing and property submissions, client presentations and proposals
- Enhance the online presence of all teams and develop a digital strategy to maximise performance
- Assist with business development activities including ongoing marketing, sales and public relations, client engagement events
- Provide progress reports and attend regular project campaign meetings
- Liaise with media and creative organisations to account manage our relationship and drive the broader internal operator relationship
- Develop recommendations for property marketing initiatives, and provide detailed reports and analysis to track ROI and engagement levels
