Accounts Administration Officer | Lower North Shore | Immediate Start | Parking on site Your new company My client works within the medical devices industry, and they are looking for an Accounts and Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This client is based on Sydney's Lower North Shore and has parking on site. My client is looking for a candidate who will be involved in the day to day accounting duties but will also support the sales and marketing team on reporting and administration duties. Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

Full functions Accounts Receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Fixed asset register
Build reporting for Sales Team -Sales reports & Customer analysis for Business Review meetings
Provide reports to customers on a monthly and quarterly basis
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will: Have experience using SAP Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills Commute to the office 5 days a week Happy to support both the finance and sales/marketing team What you'll get in return This company provides a very supportive environment.
