The Role
We are looking for a positive and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to add value to our team. This is a full-time opportunity for the right candidate to join our team located in Frenchs Forest, in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We want an enthusiastic candidate that is looking for a long-term career within a caring environment!
You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the floor heating industry and a minimum of 2 years’ experience using Zoho One, Campaigns and Analytics. And have at least a Master of Business and Marketing from a recognised Australian university.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team and will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the team on marketing developments and assisting with a multitude of other requirements, including quoting as required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Primarily: managing/coordinating all marketing/advertising functions, including but not limited to:
- ensuring all files/docs are organised, current and consistent
- liaise/coordinate with website developers and be trained to do basic ongoing adjustments
- create/schedule/monitor/analyse regular social media posts – all platforms including Zoho Campaigns
- managing content and ensuring we maximise all 3rd party website presences
- doing all graphics and videos
- managing all adverts/marketing
- researching products/services/competitors and sourcing best pricing/options
- maintaining performances using Zoho Analytics
- booking and maintaining all information and requirements for trade shows
- other marketing projects as may be required
assist with:
- producing heating plans and quotations
- sales and customer service via telephone, text, email and walk-in queries
- prioritising, following up, chasing info, etc for quotes
- after job communications, including requesting testimonies and referrals
- collecting and filing job information, from both external and internal sources
- document control and maintaining information registers
- other general administration duties when required
- managing warehouse, inventory and dispatching when required
- maintaining and continuously improving all systems
- all matters in the office including relieving other staff positions during holidays, sick days, etc
be flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise
You must:
- have advanced Microsoft Office experience
- have advanced social media experience
- have the ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily
- have the ability to learn and keep to specific procedures
- have good work ethic and an eye for detail
- be good at customer service and have a genuine willingness to help customers
- have exceptional organisational skills
- demonstrate initiative and be proactive
- work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- be capable of working both independently and within a team environment
- be able to communicate cleanly and concisely
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the floor heating industry
- have a minimum of 2 years’ experience using Zoho One, Campaigns and Analytics
- have at least a Master of Business and Marketing from a recognised Australian university
