A quirky modern Taiwanese Cuisine restaurant in South Melbourne, seeking experienced Restaurant Manager who have knowledge and experiences with Taiwanese food to join the team.
Main duties include:
- Restaurant day-to-day operations & managements
- Banking & Daily End of Day Reconciliations
- Recruitment & Training
- Ordering & Stock Control
- Assisting senior managers with roster and staff management
- Function organisations
- Report of café performance
- Organising & Hosting regular events to promote restaurant
In this role, you are required to meet up with management on regular basis to review and discuss ideas and improvement for the overall restaurant operation.
Previous experience in managing Taiwanese food dinning operations as well as ability to read and communicate in Chinese-Mandarin and English is a MUST to fulfil the role.
Suitable candidate will need to demonstrate strong capability to lead and be able to work in a busy & fast-paced environment, working efficiently on your own as well as with as a team.
Applicant will need to have eligible visa to work and stay in Australia for minimum of 2 years at time of application.
