Evolve Talent Pty Ltd is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant for the Melbourne Office as they continue to grow in this area. This is a full-time position with annual earnings between $80,000 to $100,000 (negotiable) on offer plus superannuation.
You would work as part of a growing team and job duties would include the following:
• Client visits - identify and follow up business leads
• Sourcing candidates using Linkedln and other avenues
• Advertising job advertisements using various platforms
• Reference checks on candidates
• Negotiation of employment contracts
• Interviewing candidates to successfully fill positions
• Business development
• Proactively managing and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Building rapport with candidates and clients
• Reviewing & Screening CV's
Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Consultant is required
• Construction industry experience is advantageous
