Under the leadership of Partners Sonia Goumenis and Andrew Jinks , this is an opportunity for a Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate with general banking and finance experience to join a specialised practice. Working specifically on securitisation transactions there is the potential for high levels of autonomy and client contact for the right individual.
The team's focus is securitisation, and you can expect a lot of contact with them. The securitisation practice has been a Band 1 Chambers ranked practice for well over 10 years with Clayton Utz recognised as one of the go-to securitisation firms in the Australian market. This is a unique opportunity to work with recognised leaders whose client base includes regular issuers as well as arrangers, warehouse funders, trustees and other participants.
