Brunel Energy Pty Ltd is looking for Talent Engagement Coordinator to join their team based in Perth, WA on a full time basis.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
As the Talent Engagement Coordinator, you are responsible for the day to day activities associated with the onboarding of new hires and getting them ready for their first day. You will also look at efficiencies in how you can improve the process of getting new hires to site faster.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the professional and timely delivery of mobilisation, administration and compliance of our client locations within the metropolitan and regional locations.
- Continuous Improvement: Find bottlenecks in the onboarding process and make suggestions to improve speed and quality of the candidate’s experience
- Manage and maintain the Recruitment, Medical and PPE Tracker
- Adopt the Business Partner Model of quality, trust and accountability
- Daily communication to Client Services/ Client Development team on onboarding progress
- Daily communication to onboarding Brunellers
- Organise candidates’ documents (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, site access, training verification, flights and accommodation
- Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
- Liaise and maintain relationships with all service providers that form part of the onboarding ecosystem
- Maintain and build close relationships with candidates and client contacts
- Assist in the identification of strategies to improve overall efficiencies of the team
- Coordinate with our team the recruitment of skilled tradesmen from overseas, including screening, presenting to clients, setting up interviews with candidates and clients as well as finalizing selection.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and people practices to retain skilled tradesmen while in Australia.
- Building meaningful relationships with the Brunel candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with Australian immigration regulations and provide guidance to candidates throughout the visa application process through building a close relationship with our Immigration partner.
- Coordinate logistics for the candidates when they arrive in Australia, including meet and greet on arrival and transport to and from accommodation before candidates mobilise to work.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to candidates throughout the recruitment and migration process and be a key contact for all International candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and communicate regularly with candidates.
Experience & Skill Required:
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Talent Engagement Coordinator
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation
• Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
• Excellent organisational skills
Salary from $70,000 - $85,000 per annum.
