Our company is growing so far and we are great to contract a Project administrator to help our administration team to set up the staff, tools, projects and make the tasks easiest to understand for the technician and supervisors with the idea to achieve the main goal and the scope of the different projects.
The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Project Administrator to support one or more project teams
This is a full-time contract.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
· Support project teams with: scheduling meetings, process documentation, minute-taking, processing of invoices, liaising with external contractors
· Respond to basic user enquiries via phone and email and escalate enquiries when required
· Support project and content managers as required.
· Respond and resolve problems about concerning inquiries of the running projects and for the ones which hasn't started.
· Talk to the supervisors about the paperwork that they need to fill it out and manage these ones to keep the records on the files associated with the running projects.
· Support the Project Managers, Building Manager to make sure the goals are fulfilment.
· Support the administration team with budgets for the new projects and planning the tasks to make it happen in an effective and efficient timeframe.
· Set the staff to work according to the team skills with the different project’s enquiries.
· Creating the matrix to follow up the progress in the projects weekly to build up the big report at the end.
· Prepare, create, review and respond the reports concerns of the building manager, project manager and the staff of each project.
· Track expenses and predict future costs for each project.
About you
· You are highly organised, pro-active person, with attention to detail, and high-level interpersonal skills.
· Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a Rope Access Technician Supervisor.
· Preferably painting experience.
· Bachelor degree in administration or related careers.
· Minimum IRATA level 2.
· You ideally have minimum 1 year of previous experience working in a project administration role.
· You are a quick learner, with ability to work concurrently across a range of tasks.
· You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint and Project.
Other licenses required:
• EWP license
• Level 3 First Aid
• Full Working Rights
