Key Tasks/Duties/Requirements Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the DVA Azure and M365 environments. Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management in M365. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Implement and maintain security best practices for both Azure and M365. Provide technical support to users. Document configurations and procedures for future reference.
