Project Coordinator - 12 Month Contract with Fed Gov Your new company
Our client is a government-owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient, and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry. Their purpose is connecting people with their world safely by managing over four million aircraft movements each year. They are looking to add a Project Coordinator to the team for a 12 month contract.
Your new role
As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible and accountable to support the activities required to effect successful administration, reporting, governance, and team cohesion at the program level.
Provide guidance and advice to Technology projects & changes on operational and transition requirements for acceptance into BAU to ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures.
Provide day to day support and coordination across projects
Develop and communicate weekly updates to Projects and the internal Transition Team.
Management of ASID Management Database and maintain accurate records and hygiene.
Communication with all stakeholders
Relationship management with stakeholders both internal and external
Management of conflicting priorities under pressured timeframes.
Administrative duties associated with document controls.
Assurance duties associated with compliance
Maintaining project management controls (e.g. risks and issues)
What you'll need to succeed
Must be Australian Citizen
Must be able to achieve and maintain an Australian Government National Security Clearance as the required level.
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Portfolio or Program Management Office.
Effective project administration and support experience
