Your new company Hays has partnered with a leading Electrical Energy Provider, looking for an experience Solution Architect to join their team on a 12 month contract basis. Your new role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Pega, ServiceNow, SAP, and a strong background as a GENERALIST in enterprise capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain, HR Management, and the broader Enterprise Capability space. Proficiency in utilizing components of Salesforce, Microsoft Field Services, Klik for Field Services, Contractor Management, and Works Management Systems is highly desirable. What you'll need to succeed
7+ years of experience on complex projects as a Solution Architect with expertise in Pega, ServiceNow, SAP, and a GENERALIST approach.
Strong background in enterprise capabilities, including Supply Chain and HR Management.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Field Services, Klik for Field Services, Contractor Management, and Works Management Systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
