We are expanding our design team and are looking for an Interior Designer to join our in-house design team.

About the role/tasks/responsibility:
As an Interior Designer in our company, your key responsibilities include:
• Develop design concepts and use production and construction methodology to inspect design plans and drawings and determine whether client goals are met.
• Meet with Clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, take notes to address Clients’ requests and consult them on function and aesthetic elements of their interiors.
• Prepare and present project budgets, 3D views and the interior look to Client.
• Prepare and maintain contracts based on finalized requirements and budgets from Clients and monitor the execution of the contract to meet Clients’ expectation.
• Deal with Clients’ questions, requests, complaints during and after the projects.
• Work closely with architects and other departments within the company to analyze plans and drawings to ensure they adhere to construction laws.
• Develop and maintain productive and effective relationship with trades, suppliers, and Clients.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities to obtain required permits and approvals to start the projects.
• Prepare Master plans for project construction, including information of Clients’ requirements and variations, site plans, floor plans, elevations, different sections, electrical plans, internal elevations and supervise the work in interiors to make sure the specifications are met.
• Continuously learn and update new design trends, colour trends, safety requirements and present to the whole team when required to.
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design is highly regarded.
• At least 2 years post-graduate experience in interior design.
• Experience in working with residential projects.
• Skill: proficient in using AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficient in modelling, texturing, lighting, and 3d rendering.
• Experience in project management is highly advantageous.
