Exciting growth opportunity within a stand-alone role leading and managing end-to-end recruitment activities Your new company Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government organisation is seeking a Recruitment Manager/ Senior Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including BAU recruitment, workforce planning and other recruitment strategies for future needs. What you'll need to succeed
Proven track record managing recruitment activities, including (however not limited to) proactive sourcing, shortlisting, sitting on interview panels, references checks, offering and onboarding
Strong experience leading workforce planning and other recruitment strategies, including talent forecasting, assessing workforce gaps and talent pipelining
Demonstrated recruitment experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is preferred
Previous experience using Springboard and/ or TechOne is an advantage
