The role of Martech Lead is a fresh addition to our innovative AI team. Reporting directly to our Head of AI based in Melbourne, this role shoulders the responsibility of steering Pepperstone's marketing technology landscape. Collaboration across various departments—Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, IT, and Product—is pivotal to harmonize our tech stack with business objectives and customer preferences. As the leader, you'll guide a team of Martech engineers in crafting the essential data and tech capabilities, innovating to ensure personalized and timely client communication. Managing key platforms within our Martech stack, your role drives the evolution and optimization of our tech setup for impactful client engagements.
This role could be suitable for someone with broad understanding of the Martech landscape including the tools and platforms across different areas of the Martech architecture and applications and has a passion for leading a small team of Martech Engineers.
As our Martech Lead, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Architecting, building and actively managing the Martech stack at Pepperstone
- Ensuring the quality, availability, integration and utilization of Martech data & platforms
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to define client journeys and experiences and how Pepperstone enables those throughout the client lifecycle effectively
- Designing solutions for individual use cases in alignment with the overall Martech architecture
- Ensuring quality, integrity and complete lifecycle of customer data that empower marketing initiatives
- Maintaining a holistic and consistent view of customer experience throughout the customer journeys
- Continuously optimizing the effectiveness of applications of marketing data & technologies
- Engaging and uplifting business teams with necessary knowledge and skills for them to utilize and operate Martech tools efficiently in their campaigns
About You:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with working through the end-to-end process in delivering marketing applications
- Deep technical skills in operating and managing one or a few tools and platforms within the Martech stack (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud, Segment CDP, Adobe, Content Stack, Google Marketing Platforms etc)
- Mindset of a solution & enterprise architect who is able to build individual solutions in a larger context of an ecosystem where the platforms integrate seamlessly with each other, and customer experiences are designed holistically
- Mindset of a data architect who can see the right data where they are needed and can orchestrate the data flow needed to enable marketing use cases
- Good stakeholder and project management skills to manage and deliver a roadmap of initiatives
- Excellent attention to details
