Randstad are pleased to be partnered with our client who are a well established business providing essential services nationally. Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team due to an internal promotion with their current AP Officer.

Your Role:
This is a full time permanent position reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager:
Ensure the processing of invoices in an efficient and timely manner
Provide customer service to both internal staff and creditors.
Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices, distribution of accounts payable emails and mail
Review and process employee expense claims
Reconcile supplier statements, direct debit payments and credit cards
Payment runs including EFT, B-Pay, FX.
Maintain vendor files and provide payment and status information
Ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounts Payable Manager and support internal staff
About you:
2-3 years related experience
A demonstrated ability for accuracy
Strong organisational skills and multitasking capabilities
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Intermediate Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and highly developed interpersonal skills
