Grow your career with a global retailer as a Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant within our Human Resources team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent part-time (3-days per week: Monday to Wednesday) position.

What does the role look like? 

• Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including L&D vendors, to support overall program delivery
• Administration of existing L&D programs, both online and face-to-face
• Development of internal process management
• Project and administrative support for newly developed L&D programs and processes
• Build and editing audiences, tasks, and quizzes in the learning management system (LMS)
• Facilitate and maintain LMS back-end processes and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders
• Assist with LMS reporting and distribution

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this position plays a pivotal role in assisting in the delivery of quality training and development.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level support to the L&D department and be the point of contact for new and existing employees with the coordination of their learning needs.  

As Learning & Development Coordinator your main responsibility with be overseeing the coordination of our training calendar, Kieser Induction Training (KIT), and Kieser wide professional development initiatives.

About the Job

As a member of the Rest People and Culture team, this role will collaborate and contribute to delivering our People Strategy through working with leaders and employees to build learning and development, talent, culture and capability at Rest.

The Director will be an integral part of our Visa Acceptance and Cybersource Solutions team supporting key client deliverables to ensure strong sales strategy and delivery for key client initiatives. This role is a field sales position within our growing Australia and New Zealand team that will help drive the expansion of Visa Value Added Services business. Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track and secure project opportunities- specified and non-specified to achieve budget for each quarter.
• Manage customer pipeline within the company CRM system. Keep accurate contact records of business meetings, customer needs and contact details.
