The successful candidate will contribute to the sustainable development of Fortescue's Vocational Training and Employment Centre (VTEC) program, while providing a culturally safe working environment.   Reporting to the Karratha VTEC Superintendent, the Aboriginal Development VTEC Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering high quality employee training and development programs.
