We are looking for a customer-centric spirits connoisseur who is eager to continue their learning and leave their mark by sharing their passion with customers and team members alike. Rum, vodka, whisky, sake… it’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.

The ROLE:

• Actively engage customers in an authentic way in store, sharing product knowledge and providing end to end service
• Work collaboratively with the store leadership team in setting up and facilitating customer events
• Advocate for My Dan’s loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offerings
• Instil your love and passion for spirits into every interaction and use this to develop team member product knowledge
• Undertake a variety of instore tasks, including customer service and inventory tasks as well as duty management
• Contribute to store sales planning processes by sharing your specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines

The YOU:

• YOU have a real desire to create memorable customer moments and the ability to work across key customer hours
• YOU are proficient in the world of spirits and have a good understanding of wine and beer
• YOU have a thirst for knowledge and love to learn about new and emerging trends and categories
• YOU love to authentically impart your knowledge, inspiring customers and team to continue their adventure of discovery
• YOU have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• YOU have experience in a drinks related role, including the spirits industry, bar work or liquor retail

Are you a hands-on, tech-savvy individual looking to grow in a dynamic role within a state-of-the-art testing facility? TOMRA, a global leader in sorting and recycling technology, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join the team at our Mining Test Centre in Sydney. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Test Centre Engineers and play a key part in preparing samples and ensuring smooth operations within the test centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Geological Sample Preparation for Testing: Responsible for crushing, screening, splitting, and accurately labeling samples, ensuring all materials are well-organized and properly documented.
• Shipping and Receiving of Samples: Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of test samples. This includes gathering quotes, creating shipping manifests in MS Office, scheduling pickups, and checking in samples upon arrival.
• Sample Organization, Documentation, and Packaging: Efficiently manage, document, and package samples for testing.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to move large, heavy samples using various attachments, such as jib and drum attachments.
• Facility Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform general maintenance and cleaning to keep the test centre in optimal condition, with some manual handling tasks as required.
• Client Interaction: Welcome and assist visiting clients during specific witnessed testwork sessions.

As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will excel in project management and have a proven track record across talent management and learning and development initiatives. You will have excellent facilitation skills and enjoy delivering training as much as planning and managing projects. You are a great collaborator and team player and understand that for you to succeed you must closely partner across HR and business lines. You have passion for providing solutions to increase capability of people and are highly organised and able to work in a high paced environment.

This is a Fixed Term role (18-24 months) and is open to the following locations with current AECOM offices- Brisbane, Sydney, Auckland and Melbourne.

What will a day in this role look like:

• Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with AECOM’s goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
• Oversee employee development programs, performance management, and succession planning.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to enhance talent processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
