Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory in the warehouse.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all stock movements.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock replenishment.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Create detailed reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and discrepancies.
