As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will excel in project management and have a proven track record across talent management and learning and development initiatives. You will have excellent facilitation skills and enjoy delivering training as much as planning and managing projects. You are a great collaborator and team player and understand that for you to succeed you must closely partner across HR and business lines. You have passion for providing solutions to increase capability of people and are highly organised and able to work in a high paced environment.
This is a Fixed Term role (18-24 months) and is open to the following locations with current AECOM offices- Brisbane, Sydney, Auckland and Melbourne.
What will a day in this role look like:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with AECOM’s goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
- Oversee employee development programs, performance management, and succession planning.
- Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to enhance talent processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
