What Will You Do?

With direct contribution to the delivery of our strategic imperative of fair trade, you will:

• Undertake data analysis and modelling for pricing and cost trends across the ASP businesses, as well as globally
• Support activities and initiatives required in the preparation and lodgment of ASP/ASM AD applications
• Develop an in-depth understanding of, and commercial implications and opportunities for, the application of the rules-based anti-dumping framework
• Lead the execution of other domestic anti-dumping initiatives
• Support the representation of our business in all direct dealings with the Anti-Dumping Commission, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and U.S, EU and other Government trade agencies in international trade remedy and FTA matters
• Contribute to providing guidance to the business to ensure understanding of relevant trade implications of decisions, actions and strategies

• Customer In Store Marketing Support – In line with the Product Marketing Manager and Marketing manager, identify, design and manage supply of any In store POS, Sampling in line with the Corporate requirements and technical attributes of the product

Every day in Australia, around 30% of trucks travel empty and a further 50% are idle amounting to mass inefficiency and harmful environmental impacts. 

Since 2020, we've successfully removed over 5 million empty kms from Australian roads. Our customer base has expanded to over 250 businesses, and we proudly support small business carriers by connecting them with household brands like Asahi, Metcash, and Noumi.

As part of our sustainability commitment, we partnered with Trace to measure, reduce and offset our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, actively working to minimise our own environmental impact.

In 2022, we propelled our growth through the strategic acquisition of a Melbourne-based logistics company, and raised $60m in Series B funding. Notably, we were recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s Most Innovative Companies.

The Role

This newly created role sits within our commercial team, which is an essential part of the future growth success of Ofload. The main objective of the role is to create success-driven lead generation strategies by developing marketing communication campaigns that generate new customers quickly and supercharge revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support the strategy and execution of lead generation that incorporates digital advertising, email campaigns, content marketing, case studies development and social media planning.
• Create lead generation journeys that resonate with the audience and drive lead captures (i.e. bespoke landing pages).
• Create short and long form content, stories, and articles shared through social media platforms.
• Use data insights to inform and improve future marketing campaigns to drive market penetration.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for new product features.
• Automate, monitor and track marketing campaigns for leads and also existing customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive marketing efforts.
• Support the broader functions on priority initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years experience in marketing communications (experience in B2B would be highly valuable but not essential).
• Experience in high-growth environment and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills - using data to develop and measure marketing campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You are adaptable to work in a startup environment where things change quickly.
