SGS seeks an Electrical Fluid Analyst to oversee operations at our electrical oil testing laboratory located in Perth Airport, WA. This is a full time permanent posiiotn. 

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating all activities within the electrical oils testing laboratory, including analysis, result interpretation, commenting, recommending, and issuing final reports to clients.
• Ensuring efficient sample throughput with time management and quality assurance.
• Engaging in routine operational meetings and training sessions.
• Maintaining client communication and adherence to their sampling schedules.
• With minimal supervision and a degree of independence, initiative and judgment, undertake in-depth analysis and interpretation of the results of analysis of electrical oils.
• Ensure that required KPI’s are met through continual monitoring and weekly reporting of laboratory team performance
• Identification and reporting of operational and procedural improvement opportunities and implementation thereof with support of the Line Manager
• Monitor and maintain QA/QC, NATA and Health & Safety requirements
• Carry out scheduled instrument calibration and maintenance in accordance with written procedures and certification requirement.

About the Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy and Operations team, contributing to the organisational strategic direction and effectiveness by supporting the five Heads of Strategy to undertake analysis and coordinate strategy development and delivery processes.

Additionally, experience with data sources and troubleshooting issues across the whole data pipeline is highly regarded. You will be a strong communicator and be comfortable writing and presenting data, and gathering feedback from stakeholders. You will demonstrate a natural curiosity and ability to take ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
