• Campaign Leadership: Manage multiple campaigns, ensuring strong brand representation across video, content production, and promotional materials.
• Campaign Operations: Oversee deliverables, timelines, budgets, and communication with clients and internal teams.
• Content Briefing: Coordinate with Native Content teams to ensure briefs are clear and actionable, supporting talent coordination for shoots.
• Internal Stakeholder Management: Lead internal projects and communicate with senior leaders across Pedestrian Group and Nine businesses.
• Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and meeting production deadlines.

Reporting to the Banquet Manager and Food & Beverage Manager you will have the autonomy to make decisions, run the department and lead a great team of people. 

As our Assistant Manager C&E Ops, you main duties and responsibilities are included but not limited to:

• Oversee the daily operation of the Banquet Operations department in conjunction with the Food & Beverage team, Kitchen team and our C&E sales team
• Ensure that each function is set up according to the Banquet Event Order
• Deliver catering to the standards outlined on the Banquet Event Order
• Effectively complete onboarding and training of new staff

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager in Cairns, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
