Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee our end-to-end financial operations. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational management, requiring high-level vision and detailed execution capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive financial operations strategy and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive accounting policies and procedures
- Lead cost control measures and working capital optimization
- Oversee daily financial operations, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and maintain general ledger integrity
- Lead preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Develop insightful financial commentary and presentations
- Lead annual financial statement preparation and audit process
- Experience in currency exchange or cryptocurrency exchange is required
- CPA or CA qualification is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in financial operations and team management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proven track record in process improvement and systems optimization
