Reporting to the Banquet Manager and Food & Beverage Manager you will have the autonomy to make decisions, run the department and lead a great team of people.
As our Assistant Manager C&E Ops, you main duties and responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operation of the Banquet Operations department in conjunction with the Food & Beverage team, Kitchen team and our C&E sales team
- Ensure that each function is set up according to the Banquet Event Order
- Deliver catering to the standards outlined on the Banquet Event Order
- Effectively complete onboarding and training of new staff
