• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, serving as their key point of contact.
• Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

• At least 5 years of similar experience in the financial industry (consultation for candidates without experience available).
• Proven experience in winning awards such as President's Awards or achieving sales-related accolades.

• Native Japanese speaker with fluent English communication skills.
