Your New Role

As the Store Manager for our very first store, you’ll be at the forefront of an exciting new chapter! This role is all about bringing our brand to life in-store, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience while driving the store’s performance to new heights. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage day-to-day operations, and create a visually stunning environment that reflects our brand values.

Your Day to Day

• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to meet performance goals
• Manage daily store operations, including stock and staffing
• Drive sales and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s ethos
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
• Foster a positive customer-first culture within the store
• Analyse store performance and identify areas for improvement

As the Category Manager for eCommerce at BWS, you are responsible for achieving the key business drivers in Sales, Profit and Inventory targets for the online portfolio.

You’ll be a key strategic partner with the eCommerce team, bringing the worlds of eCommerce and Merchandise together to deliver world class customer experiences. 

Reporting to the Head of Brand Merchandise for BWS & partnering closely with each of the Merchandise, Operations, eCommerce EDX and Marketing teams, you will support the development and execution of the eCommerce and category strategies in your channel.

Here’s a snapshot of the Category Manager - eCommerce responsibilities: 

• Consistent management of category sales and profit metrics, and forecasting of future performance.
• Optimise the merchandising of products on the BWS website, app and partner sites to maximise profit.
• Deliver the plans for eCommerce promotional events, collaborating to ensure delivery of overall business goals.
• Continuously leverage data and insights to drive improvement and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate across teams and have an intimate understanding of competitors, brands, consumers & shopper trends.
• Develop and empower your team to work end to end together, improving current processes and driving new initiatives to ensure the ongoing successful integration of eCommerce into the customer plan.

• Lead the development and execution of Endeavour’s Brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business and audience needs.
• Oversee brand campaigns, activations, and the marketing calendar, while driving creative excellence and adopting innovative practices like AI.
• Partner with key teams to optimise brand activities across all touchpoints.

The Marketing Manager - Creative is responsible for driving innovation, creativity, and strategic marketing excellence across the marketing community. This role plays a key part in driving a consistent Endeavour marketing way and spear heading capability uplift programs across the function. 
 

This role is also responsible for managing the content @ scale partner relationship interfacing into marketing, plus, the broader Endeavour business in an ongoing BAU capacity to ensure the delivery of effective & efficient communications to our one social customer.

• Drive marketing excellence and capability uplift across the team, leading innovative outcomes and creative excellence.
• Inspires and influences the broader Marketing team by harnessing FUEL to showcase thought leadership, speakers, innovation and new ideas.
• Build strong relationships with industry trade press and manage external event participation for senior marketing leaders.
• Oversee the marketing, media, and creative industry award calendar, with expertise in writing award entries.
• Manage BAU workflow, operational reporting, and analytics to optimise outcomes and adopt AI and automation technology practices.
