Within this role, you will be the point of contact of clients and managing the end-to-end loan operations process for commercial loans, ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for clients and oversee the loan operations process from origination to post-settlement, including loan documentation, funding, and disbursement
Ensure all commercial loan transactions comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Review and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with underwriting terms.
Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and the credit team to ensure timely loan approvals and funding.
Monitor loan servicing activities, including payments, adjustments, renewals, and modifications.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, including reporting and audit support.
