Experienced Property Manager up to $140k + super Your new company Hays has partnered with a large, Sydney-based Property Management Company to find an experienced Property Manager to manage a dynamic Western Sydney property. This site has a mixed portfolio of commercial and retail property and is based in a major Western Sydney Hub. Your new role There are four key elements to this role: Property Management
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the property's commercial and retail spaces.
Ensure the maintenance and high standards of the property.
Manage security and presentation standards of the property.
Supervise routine maintenance and repairs
Tenant Relations and Lease Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants
Manage lease agreements, including renewals, terminations and fit outs.
Handling the collection of rent, lease negotiations and assisting with lease agreements and property standards.
Leasing and marketing
Work with the leasing team to attract and retain high-quality tenants
Collaborate with a marketing team to promote retail spaces and events to increase foot traffic
Maintain market knowledge and propose leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income
Compliance Monitor and manage all matters related to financial control, insurance and risk. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a dynamic property manager with strong expertise in managing commercial properties, building relationships with tenants, ensuring high standards of maintenance and driving operational excellence. To be considered for this role, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate Business
Real Estate Licence or Certified Property Manager
5 Years experience in commercial property with a proven track record of success
Strong understanding of commercial leasing, tenant management and property operations
Experience managing budgets
Knowledge of property lae and regulations in NSW
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with property management software and tools.
What you'll get in return If you are successful in this role, you will work 38 hours Monday to Friday and earn between $110 + super and $140k + super (experience depending).
