Your New Role

As the Store Manager for our very first store, you’ll be at the forefront of an exciting new chapter! This role is all about bringing our brand to life in-store, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience while driving the store’s performance to new heights. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage day-to-day operations, and create a visually stunning environment that reflects our brand values.

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we interact with customers in-store, make key decisions that impact sales and profitability, and foster a culture that puts the customer first. This is your chance to set the standard for our future retail location!

Your Day to Day

  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team to meet performance goals
  • Manage daily store operations, including stock and staffing
  • Drive sales and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s ethos
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
  • Foster a positive customer-first culture within the store
  • Analyse store performance and identify areas for improvement

What You Need

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
  • Expertise in visual merchandising and brand representation
  • Excellent organisational and operational management abilities
  • Experience with retail management systems and data analysis tools
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
