About the role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking the support of a driven Bid Solutions Manager. This role will see you responsible for developing, managing and implementing the end-to-end bid writing and submission process. This will effectively support the national sales team in growing new and retaining existing business. The role provides leadership in the development of bid responses, to present consistently high-quality professional bid responses to the marketplace. Your role will also work periodically to develop and maintain customer communications, proposals, and presentations. Your ability to see the big picture, keen attention to detail and resilience will be vital to your success in the position.

What you’ll do

• Lead bid responses ensuring high quality, professional tender responses that are delivered on time, are customer focused and comply with TGE policies and address the customer specifications and objectives.
• Drive and co-ordinate the end-to-end bid process for the business; including bid procedures, reporting, documentation and governance.
• Monitoring of bid content and processes to ensure consistently high standard tender responses are presented to the marketplace. Support the performance of the Bid Team and contribute to   written instructions and formal feedback to the sales team regarding the principles of responding to customer tenders and delivering bid responses that comply with all business requirements.
• Actively identify new business opportunities through company and government websites.
• Continue to maintain, develop and improve the sales resource and information library.
• Identify new information and trends in responding to bids and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure prompt registration and delivery of all Bids and ‘One Supplier Solutions’
• Produce superior and appropriate writing standards for customer communication.
• Support the development, delivery and monitoring of external customer communication related to Bids and broader sales development initiatives and presentations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent written skills and extensive experience in the development of tender responses.
• Proven project management, time management and project planning capabilities
• Strong interpersonal, networking and communications skills
• Ability to analyse, interpret and provide recommendations to address customer objectives and facilitate the resolution of issues in the development of bid responses
• Ability to gather, organise, interpret and collate data from multiple sources (across Business units and Divisions) and, work as part of a broader team.
• Have a sound business understanding, be commercial and risk aware
• Ability to liaise, influence, challenge effectively and build relationships at all levels
• Knowledge of communications and web development/design/maintenance, common computer programs and online web tools
• Knowledge of the logistics industry and latest industry trends is ideal but not mandatory
• Experience in working and managing approval processes and procedures for complex tender documentation 
• Basic knowledge of formal contract terms and language

Position Title:  Patient Service Assistant

Reports to (position):  Dialysis Clinic Manager

Primary purpose of the role:

• To provide support to the nursing staff in the dialysis clinic by performing non-clinical duties relating to direct and indirect patient care.
• Functions as a team member, promoting the values, missions and goals of the clinic and company, constantly working towards their achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care.
• Ensures cleanliness and neatness of patient’s environment and stock room
• Ensures cleaning of the Isolation rooms is done when required.
• Cleans exterior of dialysis machines, patient chairs and over-bed tables as per policy and procedures
• Assists with basic food preparation and delivery of nutritional requirements to patients as well as assists with meal ordering
• Serves, distributes and collects patient / visitors meals and refreshments
• Arranges patient transport from Dialysis treatment
• Attends to the re-stocking of consumables in the stock room and trolley/s as required for daily operation of the clinic
• Monitors consumable stores and orders stock as required
• Confirms delivery of stock, checks inventory and documentation
• Performs stocktake when requested
• Maintains Clinic Manager database
• Ensures routine collection and appropriate disposal of linen, rubbish and contaminated waste
• Orders and pack away linen
• Assist in the collection of blood samples by pathology lab, help spin blood before collection
• Participates in Quality Improvements  activities as required by the Dialysis Clinic Manager
• Ensures/promotes a safe, secure and healthy working environment to staff and a comfortable, safe environment for visitors and patients as detailed in the Workplace Health and Safety policy (FMEAU-28).
• Engages in interne.al and external in-service activities to enhance / maintain skills and knowledge

Competencies (attitude, skills, typical qualifications & experience)

Essential:           

• Knowledge of Infection Control / Hygiene principles and implementation of this knowledge into daily practice
• Demonstrated organizational and problem solving  skills combined with the ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to operate within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety as it relates to the role within the facility
• Understanding of the Quality improvement process and risk management obligations
• Demonstrated skills in food preparation and presentation
• Basic office skills, including filing and answering telephone enquiries

Effective management of day-to-day operations at NEXTDC’s edge facilities, including the management of facility contractors, overseeing maintenance, supporting customers and ensuing quality delivery of NEXTDC and contracting services.   

As our Facility Manager you’ll be responsible for the effective management of day-to-day operations at NEXTDC’s Sunshine Coast SC1 facility. This will include managing facility staff and contractors, overseeing maintenance and ensuring quality delivery of both NEXTDC and contracting services to our customers.   

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive knowledge of data centres including electrical and mechanical configurations, rack management, telecommunication connectivity, design and installation, with a good understanding of high-density data centre power, cooling approaches and technologies.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager / Coordinator to join our Middle East, Asia & Pacific (MEAPAC) Talent & Culture Team.

This role is responsible for providing support to the Vice President – Organisational Effectiveness and Strategy, MEA PAC and the broader T&C team on strategic projects that align to our ambition of becoming a world-class provider of services and support for our Team Members and Hotels.

Initially commencing on a full time 6-month contract, this role will act as the project lead for our administration and process workstreams, supporting the project by setting deadlines, coordinating resources and stakeholders, assigning responsibilities and monitoring the overall program of change whilst producing consistent documentation and templates to support the growth of the MEAPAC region.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities.

· Coordinate and collate policy, procedure, documentation and templates as it pertains to Talent & Culture across our region to establish best practice.

· Creation of consistent forms, templates and branding to ensure one harmonised way of working.

· Drive the digitisation process of forms in collaboration with IT / OneHR team to support optimised processes across the 3 hubs;

· Document and map the processes as it pertains to Talent & Culture across the 3 hubs with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline or optimise as required;

· In collaboration with the Digital T&C solutions team, support the roll out of a SharePoint site including the creation of documentation, training material or content as required;

· Prepare presentations for T&C leadership team to support projects;
