Your day-to-day...

• Serve as the primary point of contact responsible for spearheading the development and expansion of the media business.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for our products, from ideation to launch and maintenance.
• Develop the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Work closely with the broader Product team, helping with ongoing mentoring and development.
• Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they are communicated effectively to development teams.

About You:

• Proven experience as a product manager in media, involving digital platforms, video and audio streaming, targeted advertising, digital advertising, and content management, including disseminating news articles across various platforms.
• Previous Media experience is essential.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Possesses technical knowledge with the ability to grasp the connection of various components within the architecture.
• Experience in the racing, sports, and wagering sectors is desirable.

About the role
We are currently looking to fill a Production Print Field Service Engineer position to join our Queensland branch to provide service and support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of Colour and B&W Production Print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions.

As a member of the Queensland Service Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment reporting to the State Service Delivery Manager.

Previous experience with Commercial Printing and Production Print equipment, although desirable, is not essential for the right candidate looking to start their career in a hands-on technical role with fantastic learning and development opportunities.

To be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise of the following:

• Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role.

As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of GWA Group for our inbound phone and email customer support channels.  On a typical day, you will speak with a variety of customers, from our merchants, to plumbers to trade and retail centres, and the conversations can be technical.
