We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a professional and hands on manager to join Oaks Moranbah Suites as the Hotel Manager. This integral position will be responsible for all aspects of managing the hotel. This is an exceptional relocation opportunity, with onsite accommodation and relocation assistance provided.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Draw on your experience, initiative, drive and strategic approach to deliver an exceptional product for our guests
- Accountability for the day to day profitability, presentation and operation of the Hotel
- Managing all body corporate and guest relations within the property
- Responsible for making strategic decisions relating to increasing RevPAR for the company
- Lead a team of hotel professionals, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring
- Collate and analyse data as required to support strategic decisions
