About the role:

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our national contact centre. As the voice of KinCare, you will be required to direct incoming customer calls and assist with a wide range of queries, whilst ensuring each customer's experience is of the highest quality. 

We offer a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our Bella Vista office and 3 days from home!

About the On Site Representative Role:

As an On-Site Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating the operations of the distribution fleet, that’s operating out of one of our customers premises.
