• Lead the reservations team, monitoring and measuring daily performance to maximise revenue opportunities while providing exceptional service to guests via telephone and email.

• Create and manage reservations via the hotels systems ensuring accurate booking rates, dates and booking details.

• Actively work with the Front Office team on how to sell the hotel, convert enquiries to reservations and be aware of all promotions.
