- Maintain the highest level of customer service, exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
- Lead, motivate and manage all Front Office ambassadors, ensuring the efficient completion of all duties.
- Direct and coordinate lobby activities, fostering a welcoming, luxurious and efficient environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance ambassador skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of guest requests, such as Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage.
- Drive revenue through promoting upselling strategies within the team while setting targets and incentives
- Champion loyalty as you promote the Accor Live Limitless program and provide an exceptional level of service and care to our most loyal members.
- Devise departmental rosters in line with occupancy and business demands, while remaining aware of and in line with budgets.
