  • Maintain the highest level of customer service, exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
  • Lead, motivate and manage all Front Office ambassadors, ensuring the efficient completion of all duties.
  • Direct and coordinate lobby activities, fostering a welcoming, luxurious and efficient environment.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance ambassador skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of guest requests, such as Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage.
  • Drive revenue through promoting upselling strategies within the team while setting targets and incentives
  • Champion loyalty as you promote the Accor Live Limitless program and provide an exceptional level of service and care to our most loyal members.
  • Devise departmental rosters in line with occupancy and business demands, while remaining aware of and in line with budgets.
