We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Global Sales Development team. In this role, you will work with up to three Account Executives to create potential business opportunities for us to sell our products to enterprise and small business corporations across the ANZ region.

What you’ll deliver: 

• Take charge of driving our top-of-funnel sales pipeline. You will own discovering, qualifying, and nurturing new business leads using cold calling and email/ social media/ marketing campaigns.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, identify their requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products. Set up appointments for our account executives to further nurture and close deals.
• Seek out leads, map accounts, and build creative/ comprehensive account strategies including but not limited to: Building outreach sequences/messaging, identifying and mapping out personas by implementing multi-touch campaigns using a combination of channels such as email, phone calls, social media and other relevant mediums to maximize prospect engagement and response rates.
• Pipeline Management: Document and manage all interactions and information accurately in Salesforce. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Creative messaging: Develop and execute innovative and engaging messaging strategies to capture the attention of prospects and generate interest in our products and keep up to date on CTAs, Subject lines and different methods to gain access to key decision makers.
• Exude passion for learning all there is to know about sales: our industry, our client, our target buyer,  to learn the history of the industry, our target buyer, best practices for qualifying prospective clients, and more.
• Become an expert at using lead generation tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find contacts and extract lead lists. 
• Collaborate to accelerate the sales cycle, and be a true partner to our Account Executives so they can close more deals.

Job Description 

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build positive working environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide great customer experience. 

• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities. 

• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room. 

• Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags. 

• Support customer purchases and returns in the register. 

• Melbourne CBD location
• Fixed roster, 20 hours each week, Mon-Fri, during business hours
• 5th of August Date, Paid training for 1 week

About the Role

As a Loyalty Sales Consultant, you will call recent guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to a FREE night at our hotels, as well as enjoying up to 50% off Accor room bookings & dinning, if they agree to sign up to our Loyalty Member Program.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be part of the Melbourne Sales team, helping grow the Accor Plus Membership program across Australia. More specifically, you will:

• Make outbound calls to verified leads, who have stayed at an Accor hotel
• Use Accor Plus sales techniques to discover needs & close sales
• Ask our customers & members for any referrals they’d like to recommend

About You

No previous sales experience required! Our ideal candidate needs to be a people person, who loves connecting with customers over the phone. To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be comfortable making outbound calls, to recent guests of Accor Hotels
• Excited about working in a sales environment, with achievable targets
• Able to start paid training, in office, in early August, for 1 week, and then continue worknig from our Melbourne office 20 hours a week (Mon-Fri)
