Sales Support Coordinator $70k - $75k + Super NORTHERN BEACHES - 2100 Permanent, full-time position In-office role

Cox Purtell is working exclusively with a multinational Raw Materials and Ingredients specialist - a global organisation with a network of offices and warehousing facilities around the world. Renowned for delivering high-quality specialty raw materials, ingredients, and associated industry products built on longstanding relationships with both regional and global manufacturers and suppliers.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced administrator - particularly those who have experience in sales administration or logistics coordination, and a real people person with excellent customer service & communication skills.
You'll be an integral member of the sales team - liaising daily with customers, suppliers and your field sales reps, you'll be responsible for ensuring the supply of quality products and for ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure timely stock placement for warehouse delivery. * Handle customer and principal correspondence - daily. * Prepare & process orders by required 3PL deadline. * Prepare purchase requisitions and quotations. * Liaise with 3PL to resolve order issues and update customers on order status. * Manage all incoming calls promptly. * Maintain and update customer database records. * Follow up on shipping documents and details. * Safely store and easily retrieve records. * Forward documentation efficiently for commission processing.

Skills/experience required:
* 2 - 5 years experience in a sales admin/logistics coordinator role. * Industry-related background is preferred. * Highly skilled in customer service/account management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Great listening & relationship-building skills * Computer literate, an intermediate user of Excel and understanding of MS office products. * Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
