Your day to day will include:

• Monitoring and reporting performance, exposure, fees and cashflow of the private markets sub-portfolio;
• Supporting the Investment Director to assess and recommend private market investments – both indirect (via externally managed Funds) and direct (co-investments);
• Participating in ESG engagement and monitoring of all MFT investments (both public and private); this includes proxy voting, diversity monitoring, and emissions reporting.

We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to work alongside the VP of Partnerships and the Partnerships team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team with various growth and optimisation activities for key strategic partnerships (think the biggest names in financial services, energy, builders) to enable the continued success of Honey.

Key Aspects of the Role 

• Supporting with the optimisation of existing strategic partnerships and their respective customer experiences
• Reviewing sales data and assisting with the creation of strategies to improve the go-to-market approach in partner distribution channels.
• Engaging multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to manage their tactical and transactional requirements and any partner platform improvements, focussing on the client experience.
• Work closely with the Partnerships team to organise and attend strategic partner events, sponsorships, awards etc. 
• Provide regular updates and report on actual performance to plan and activity to improve conversion in partner channels (i.e. - optimisation).

About the Job

The Senior Associate role will directly assist the Head of Unlisted Valuations and will be responsible for managing valuations and performing oversight activities (such as due diligence and trigger monitoring) for Rest’s A$17 billion in unlisted investments. This role will require strong stakeholder management skills and will work closely with Rest internal investment team as well as external investment managers, valuers and advisors. • Managing valuation risk by ensuring valuation conclusions are appropriate and we have robust documentation to support our valuation conclusions.
• Active involvement with the Asset Class Investment teams, external managers and external valuers (including Infrastructure, Property, Private Equity and Alternatives) to understand and challenge valuation assumptions, inputs and ensure an independent view.

Opportunity:

Working out of our office based in Sydney, the Sales and Business Development Associate will focus on developing new business and ensuring growth of new accounts to achieve sales quota. The Sales and Business Development Associate has a significant revenue impact on the company and will have a sales quota. The Sales and Business Development Associate will use the resources given to meet corporate sales objectives and maintain customer satisfaction. It will be important for the successful candidate to execute on the company's end user pull-through strategy in each of our target vertical markets by applying solutions selling techniques for their end user customers.  Working with end users to successfully sell March Networks solutions should account for 70% of the Sales and Business Development Associate’s time.

The Sales and Business Development Associate will often act autonomously due to time zone differences in the ANZ region; therefore, good business acumen is imperative in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
