The 9Optimum Performance Campaign Manager is a crucial role within the Operations Team, providing the foundation for programmatic success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of performance campaign implementation, monitoring pacing and campaign reporting.

You will work closely with your Team Lead to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service, and deliver against targets. In addition, you will be highly analytic and have acute attention to details enabling you to analyse campaign trends and use audience and insights to formulate strategic recommendations future briefs.

Finally, the 9Optimum Performance Campaign Manager drives assurances in maintaining Brand Safety initiatives by monitoring Third Party partners and internal site lists.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for implementation, troubleshooting and optimisation strategies to help improve campaign pacing and performance
• Provide campaign reporting in a timely and accurate manner
• Consistently achieve desired outcomes for clients across all programmatic products, demonstrating proactivity to find solutions to challenges as they arise
• Use new and innovative capabilities (both internal and 3rd party) to improve operational efficiency and reduce non-value add work
• Ensure 100% accuracy within all systems when managing financial information including, but not limited to, reporting, Booking tools, reconciliations, and forecasts
• Run weekly WIP meetings with key stakeholders to ensure all campaigns are hitting their delivery and performance goals
• Deliver campaigns across the Nine network, as well as trade competitively across premium third-party inventory, ensuring the management of margin

We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, driven and customer-obsessed Sales Development Manager in Sydney reporting to the APAC Sales Development Director.

The Sales Development Manager is a critical leader in our regional GTM team and will lead, manage and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing target account opportunities and pipeline for Dynatrace in Australia and New Zealand to support our growth trajectory. Ensuring the critical work that marketing does to drive demand is picked up and executed through to the handover of opportunities to sales.

• Recruit, onboard, coach and optimise a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
• Build best in class SDR team with the regionally specific tools, tactics and processes to make the regional teams successful
• Refine our customer value messaging and engagement strategy for your region to over-achieve Qualified Sales Opportunity (QSO) targets & conversion
• Stakeholders Management: align GTM strategy and processes with VP ANZ and Sales leaders
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, Marketing & Partner Managers on unified Account Prospecting Strategy
• Partner with Marketing leadership to ensure success of all marketing campaigns and inbound lead conversion 
• Work closely with SDR Management and global teams to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
• Manage data driven reporting and performance optimisation for the team
• Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs

The role is responsible for leading a team that delivers end-to-end remediations as a result of risk related incidents along with supporting
projects across the business as a result of remediation incidents.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure remediation
incidents are progressing with appropriate input and oversight. You will ensure that remediations are managed in a timely manner aligning
with TAL’s Customer philosophies within the risk management framework and Enterprise Remediation Guiding Principles.

In this role you will: 

• Ensuring delivery of remediation incidents in line with TAL’s Enterprise Remediation Guiding principles and risk framework.
• Defining roadmap of Remediation activities in consultation with impacted teams and stakeholders which requires effective prioritisation, resourcing requirements and understanding of customer impact.
• Building strong relationships with leaders across the business to ensure that support can be provided when required.
• Developing and leading Remediation direct reports.
• Ensuring root cause analysis of incidents is completed effectively and appropriate strategic and tactical solutions are implemented with key stakeholders.
• Working with Line 1 Risk team to ensure adequate visibility of all items identified requiring remediation and due dates for any assigned actions met.

The Risk Managers primary focus is on the management and coordination of the risk management function, ensuring that all elements of risk to the project are identified, analysed, reported and solutions/mitigations developed and implemented.

The main duties of a Risk Manager is:

• Management and coordination of risk management to ensure effective project delivery to and to the highest industry standards, on time and within allocated budgets.
• Undertaking both qualitative and quantitative risk assessment to support informed and evidence based decision-making within the project.
• Perform QRA for cost and prolongation risk related to time activities.
• Building and promoting a risk-aware culture across the project which includes increase levels of awareness, understanding and commitment to risk management issues, facilitating risk workshops as required.
• Ensuring a program of individual and small group risk reviews and reports are completed to facilitate an accurate understanding of actual and potential risk exposures across the project and assisting in providing solutions and mitigations, including any required controls and actions.
• Completing risk reporting associated with monitoring project contingency and potential scope modifications made during the project.
• Updating the risk register to facilitate the management of the project risk profile.
• Providing subject matter expert advice to the project management team in relation to risk management.
• Coordinating and reviewing project status reporting and assisting with arrangements for key governance meetings.
• Supporting the project controls and contract management functions as required.
