M&T is uniquely positioned in the market as a stand-alone Recruitment, Contracting, and Staff Augmentation Services business within a global IT Solutions firm Nomura Research Institute (known as NRI). We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technology Senior Account Manager. The role will include: -
• Managing a large client and contracting base with existing client agreements
• Business Development to bring in new client relationships
• Working closing with the Resource Delivery team on existing requirements as well as client demand forecasts of pipeline work
• Further developing and building networks within your sector including clients, candidates, contractors, and industry contacts
• With assistance of the team, providing an awesome contractor experience!
• Proactively building strong partner relationships with the current major projects and positioning yourself and M&T for work on future projects
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone that is a natural people person, an excellent relationship builder with a long-term focus, and strong integrity. Cultural fit is MASSIVE for us and we are seeking someone that is happy to work as part of a team as well as autonomously. This role does require previous experience in IT and/or Digital recruitment, either as a Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager, but we are open to designing the right role around you to make sure you are successful with us. You will ideally have experience working on large-volume clients with a high volume of requirements with competing priorities.

• Rewards: In addition to competitive salaries and commission from the first dollar billed, we pay annual over achievement bonuses.
