Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across three existing venues, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyse sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for business improvement and cost savings.
