About the role: We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager. This is with a client in the Bayside location and the role focuses on the management of the current portfolio. With experience in property management, you will also have a proven ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships. The ability to communicate with people at all levels is really important to this business, as well as good business and financial acumen. Your role will include
Managing an existing portfolio of commercial properties.
Building and maintaining great relationships with landlords & tenants
Conduct rent reviews, reconciliations and rental collection
Maintain the portfolio of buildings, both proactively and reactively.
Assist to grow the portfolio
About you:
Proven experience in commercial property management, including a solid understanding of common commercial property leasing practice, legislation, procedures and terminology
