• Lead custom training and adoption engagements from pre-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes.

• Focus on product development and implementation of change enablement package offering.

• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports, stakeholder analysis, business impact analysis, communication plans, training plans, measurement strategies, and change champion networks.

• Conduct workshops (in-person and virtually) ensuring stakeholder engagement and progression of deliverables.

• Provide course specifications and gather course content.

• Project manage, develop, and deliver ServiceNow process user course content, train-the-trainer content, and job aids for multiple products and a variety of levels and roles in instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and recorded formats.

• Deliver projects, content, and training that enable customer success and adoption.

• Develop and deliver training to audiences of varying technical sophistication who are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.

• Assist with training needs analyses to ensure that all training materials are highly targeted to the needs of the audience.

• Manage course content for ServiceNow software products and ensure that up-to-date knowledge is conveyed for each release.

• Mentor department peers, contribute to department standards and processes, and share knowledge with internal resources.

• Travel up to 20% worldwide per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the testing of Finance products which involves Test Planning, Execution, Automation, Regression and Production verification to ensure all the business product’s quality requirements are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise the requirements of the products, and you will lead the quality driven testing across the business.

What you’ll do: 

• Enable the team to ensure delivery of high quality products through contribution to the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality strategy for the platform and services the team is responsible for.
• Provide guidance and mentorship across the team on matters related to testing practice and approach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise test requirements, and to ensure that all features and changes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts to ensure the platform and services are thoroughly tested and meet the expectations of our users and the business
• Design, development, implementation and maintenance of a test automation suite integrated with the team’s CI/CD pipeline for the purpose of supporting a continuous quality approach
• Identify, triage, manage and track defects, working with Stakeholders, Product Managers, Developers and Software Engineers to ensure they are resolved effectively
• Participate in the planning, guidance and execution of user acceptance testing and other testing activities
• Remain up-to-date with industry best practice and trends in QA and testing, leading the testing activities and continuous improvements in process within the team

We are looking for a Full Stack Lead Solution Architect with a strong background in solution architecture and expertise in stakeholder management, technical documentation, third-party vendor management, and greenfield solution discovery. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AWS backend services, service-driven UI, and API specifications, and will play a key role in designing and guiding technical solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders, product managers, designers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for facilitating technical discussions and decision-making, ensuring stakeholder expectations are aligned.

• Solution Architecture & Discovery:

  • Lead discovery and design of greenfield solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate technologies, frameworks, and architectures.

  • Develop high-level solution designs that address business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

  • Drive the adoption of best practices in architecture and development, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and technology strategies.

• Technical Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.

  • Ensure documentation is clear, detailed, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Review technical documentation as part of governance to ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.

• Third-Party Vendor Management:

  • Facilitate engagement and management of third-party vendors and technology partners.

  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and timelines.

  • Manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Technology Leadership:

  • Knowledgeable in designing and implementing solutions using AWS backend services, ensuring optimal use of cloud resources for scalability and reliability.

  • Provide architectural guidance for the development of Native iOS and Android applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

  • Up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and able to apply this knowledge to guide technology decisions and innovations.
