Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product management in Data & Analytics in collaboration with the Head of Data & Analytics.
• As part of our Product team you will contribute to shaping Montu’s product practice and mentor other Product Managers.
• Influence goal setting, key decisions, and priorities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• You’re an expert in change management, and will be an agent for change in our processes and product
• Drive the prioritisation of core data capabilities, features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and user needs.
• Develop and communicate clear product strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the discovery and prioritisation of new product opportunities through data analysis, market research, and user feedback.
• Apply first principles thinking and analytical rigour to identify root causes and innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, data analytics, delivery & business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product concepts and solutions.
• Ensure successful execution of product initiatives, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
• Measure and communicate product performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organisation.
• Track anticipated value of initiatives vs realised value and communicate impact of the work done throughout the business 
• Become an authority within the organisation on product-related topics, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making.

Team Summary

This role based in Melbourne reports to the Senior Director, Client Marketing and is a key member of the Visa marketing team - a high-performing team responsible for our brand health and delivering best in class consumer, B2B, client and merchant marketing to drive business growth across Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific (AuNZSP).

The Senior Manager role is responsible for managing the planning and delivery of marketing activities for a number of our key clients in Australia. Responsibilities include planning, design, implementation and optimisation of acquisition, usage and engagement programs for our client’s Retail and Business bank customer’s Everyday Banking Accounts, transaction accounts and credit card portfolios. For merchant partners, the role is responsible for planning and execution of partnership activations and campaigns. The remit includes full funnel marketing campaign execution from product awareness, consideration, new-to-bank (NTB) acquisition through to onboarding, retention, portfolio and engagement initiatives.

What a Senior Manager, Client Marketing does at Visa:

• Contributes to the planning of an annual marketing calendar for each of our clients and merchants
• Develops communications strategies and integrated marketing campaign plans for our client marketing projects
• Develops marketing services and campaign proposals and the presentation of these to clients
• Project management of marketing programs to ensure we exceed client expectations with our execution and delivery
• Manages the creative and content development of campaigns. Works with agency partners to develop and execute high quality campaigns that are on time and on budget
• Partners with our Marketing team members on campaign components including merchant marketing, creative, media and sponsorships
• Manages the project financial processes and budget

We are looking for a Regional Aviation Network Manager who will oversee the HSSE management, financial performance, and operational performance of the Viva Aviation regional network, assets, and agents at the commercial and business development interface.

Responsibilities

• HSSE oversight of regional aviation network and contracted aviation agents, utilizing Viva aviation assets, procedures and competences in line with the Company HSSE Management System
• Assures availability of equipment and resources through adherence to Asset Integrity program and safety-critical training of operational personnel.
• Responsible for the close out of compliance and improvement items identified through ‘Lines-of-Defence’ program and on-site reporting.

As the Production Manager you are responsible for building and maintaining the overall 
client delivery schedule and supporting the project delivery in partnership with the 
Creative Production team.
You are responsible for mapping out quota in line with delivery requirements & crew, 
ensuring this is communicated across all Departments & locations. This also involves 
maintaining required inventory for each Department in order to achieve the set-out quota.
As the Production Manager you will be running the Production Team, support the Senior 
Production Coordinators, Production Coordinators & Production Assistant to ensure that 
deliveries are achieved and KPIs are being met.
